Description of Elements and Functions in the "Subjects" (Final Exam Groups) Window of the "Final Control" Section

1. Left Side Menu — "Final Control" Submenus (Left Frame)

• Subjects: Management of subjects and exam groups generated for final examinations (currently active page).
• Questions: Assigning and editing the question bank for final exams (test or written formats).
• QR Codes: QR code module for verifying final control work papers and scanning scores.
• Issues / Problems: Reviewing appeals and technical errors reported during the final exam process.
• Retake: Organization of retake examinations (clearing academic backlogs) for students who failed the final exam.

2. Download Buttons (Top Right Corner)

• Unassigned: Download the list of subjects/students not yet assigned to final exam groups.
• Groups: Download the list of configured final exam groups.

3. Final Exam Groups and Actions (Right Frame)

This section contains operations for sorting and configuring final exam groups by subject:

• Filter Panel:
• SEMESTER: Configurable academic period (e.g., 2025-2026 Retake / Re-study).
• DEGREE LEVEL: Educational level (e.g., Bachelor).
• STUDY MODE: Mode of education (e.g., Full-time).
• DEPARTMENT: Filter subjects belonging to a specific department (All, etc.).
• Search subject...: Quick search for a required subject by name or code.
• Subjects Table and Actions:
• ID / SUBJECT / CODE / DEPARTMENT: Unique subject code, title, and assigned department (1447 | Practical training "A Child's First Days at School" | BMDK355 | Theory and Methodology of Primary Education).
• Actions (Icons):
• Settings: Configure final exam parameters.
• Time / Schedule: Set the time and classroom venue for the exam.
• Refresh / Update: Sync or refresh subject or exam group data.
